Absolutely! Many of our customers find that overnight wear significantly reduces morning stiffness. The breathable bamboo fabric prevents overheating, and the flat-lock seams won't irritate your skin while you sleep.

With proper care, TerraSoothe gloves and sleeves typically maintain their compression and shape for 8-12 months of regular use. Our reinforced seam technology prevents the common splitting issues reported with other brands.

Hand wash in cool water with mild soap, gently squeeze (don't wring), and lay flat to dry. This preserves the compression and extends the life of your product. Machine washing is not recommended.

We strongly recommend consulting your physician regarding compression for CTS. While some customers with mild CTS symptoms use our gloves for general comfort and warmth, compression directly on the carpal tunnel area may not be advisable for everyone with this condition.
